Have allergies or reactions to either carbamide, peroxide, or glycerin.

Have exisiting tooth decay, periodontal disease, or gingivitis.

Are photosensitive to light or on any photosensitve drugs.

Are pregnant, suspected of being, or are breastfeeding.

Under the age of 18.

Have had oral surgery or extractions within the last 28 days.

Are wearing a piercing or metal object in the oral cavity that cannot be removed. (They may turn black)

For a minimum of 48 hours after your visit, please avoid consuming coffee, tea, dark colored sodas, red wine, curry, beetroot, and other food or drink that would stain the teeth. A good rule of thumb is; if it will stain a white t-shirt it will stain your teeth. We suggest that you brush and floss regularly and as directed by your dentist. There is no guarantee as to the longevity of the results as it depends on your lifestyle and staining habits. A maintenance schedule will be determined accordingly.

A $50 deposit is collected at time of scheduling. If appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new date. If appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of appointed time the deposit cannot be refunded.
